Velamente was born from a deep passion for the sea and sailing. We have been sailing across the Mediterranean for many years, sharing this passion with all our crews. We sail in search of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean Sea, promoting all activities connected to nature — and especially the sea.

Being part of one of our crews, whether on a cruise or in a regatta, means sharing our mood, respecting the sea and nature, meeting new friends, and discovering new places.

We organize travel experiences in the stunning setting of the Mediterranean Sea. We engage in sports activities both at sea and on land, exploring new places with a strong spirit of adventure.

During our cruises, beginners will have the opportunity to take their first steps into the world of sailing, while more experienced sailors will actively participate in life on board. Velamente is not a charter company — we don’t organize vacations, we create experiences. We carefully select our crews to ensure the right balance, with the goal of forming a great group of friends to relax and have fun with. We choose sailing areas rich in beauty and discovery.

Those who wish can actively take part in our educational activities and learn the basics of sailing — or simply enjoy the view and discover life at sea. And why not? We’ll go sailing, enjoy sunset aperitifs (and more), savor delicious food, all surrounded by great company — the perfect ingredients for a week of true relaxation and discovery. Velamente is not just about sailing. Together with our partners, we organize land excursions, trekking adventures, nature trails, cave explorations, and more — all aimed at discovering untouched places and breathtaking landscapes.

Velamente respects the environment — both sea and land. Part of our mission is to raise awareness among our members about the importance of protecting nature and its biodiversity. On our boats, we use only biodegradable and completely natural products, both for personal care and cleaning. The use of plastics and pollutants is reduced to the absolute minimum.
